At approximately 5:30 a.m. local time, the Phra Phuttha Yodfa radio center received a report of a fire on vessels docked at the hotel’s pier on Charoen Nakhon Road in the Samre area of Thonburi district. Firefighters from Talat Phlu station, along with water rescue and special operations units, were dispatched to the scene.
By 5:47 a.m., responders confirmed that two tourist boats were engulfed in flames. Authorities reported that the fire had been successfully contained by 5:50 a.m., preventing it from spreading to nearby structures or additional vessels. Initial assessments indicate no injuries or individuals trapped aboard the boats.
The incident drew a coordinated response from multiple emergency communication centers, including Rama 199 and Uruphong, ensuring rapid deployment and control of the situation.
