The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) is inviting couples to register their marriages at the Bang Rak district Office in Bangkok to honor their love on Valentine’s Day.
Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt presided over the announcement of the “Silom of Love @Bangrak” event, which invites couples to register their marriages at the Bang Rak district Office on Valentine’s Day. On this important day, couples go to the district office to register for their nuptials.
This year, the office will establish an office on the 17th floor of the United Center Building to assist couples who married on this day. Every pair that participates in the “Silom of Love @Bangrak” event will be treated to special rituals and will get a gift from the office. They will also be placed into a drawing for one of ten gold marriage certificates. Other activities and gifts await newlyweds at the celebration as well.
The “Silom of Love @Bangrak” event will begin on February 14. The event is only open to 599 couples. Thai nationals can register by scanning the QR code at facebook.com/BangkokBangRak/ by February 10th, or until the limit is met. Foreign nationals must register in person at the district office.
